Information you provide
When you submit a booking or photo quote request, the site may collect the details you enter, such as your name, phone number, optional email address, service selection, item and order details, ZIP code, preferred pickup details, message, and photographs you upload.
How request information is used
The information is used to review your request, assess items, provide a service recommendation or quote, and contact you about scheduling and service. The website does not take payment through the booking request form.
Form delivery and service providers
Booking and quote submissions, including uploaded photos, are sent by email to Sneaker Cleaning Atlanta using Resend. This application does not save those form submissions to a site database. Resend and the business email provider process the submitted information to deliver and receive the request; their own handling and retention practices also apply.
Website analytics and request security
Vercel Analytics is enabled on the production site to measure site usage. The request forms also use a short-lived, in-memory rate limit based on the connecting IP address to reduce repeated submissions. The rate-limit entries are not stored as a persistent customer profile by this application.
